The Collar Bone currently ships to Malaysia, Singapore, and selected international destinations.
We’re always happy to explore shipping options to destinations not listed below. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at hello@thecollarbone.co and we’ll be happy to arrange a special shipping quote.

International shipping rates are based on standard shipping and may be subject to additional charges for oversized or unusually heavy parcels.
FREE SHIPPING
Malaysia: Enjoy FREE shipping when you spend RM200 and above.
Singapore: Enjoy FREE shipping when you spend RM500 and above, for parcels up to 2kg.
Free shipping terms may vary for international destinations.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow our team 1–3 working days to pack and prepare your order for dispatch.
Once your parcel has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary depending on your destination, courier service, customs clearance and other factors outside our control.
Malaysia
- Kuala Lumpur & Selangor: Approximately 3–7 business days
- West Malaysia: Approximately 5–10 business days
- East Malaysia: Approximately 8–15 business days
Singapore
Approximately 7–14 business days.
International
For destinations outside Asia, please allow approximately 14–21 business days for delivery.
International delivery estimates do not include our 1–3 working day processing time and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.
For some courier services, tracking information may take 2–5 business days to appear or update in the system after dispatch.
If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and your tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us at hello@thecollarbone.co.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee paid to The Collar Bone.
Customs clearance may also affect the estimated delivery time.
LOST, MISSING & INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED PACKAGES
Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.
The Collar Bone is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
While we work with our courier partners to ensure your parcel reaches you safely, The Collar Bone is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier negligence or mishandling.
If an error was made by The Collar Bone when processing your order, we will take full responsibility and assist with the necessary resolution at no additional cost to you.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even when combined shipping has been selected.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
